 Tribe Training and Wellness is a group of diverse people all looking to eat in a way to optimize everything we doing. It is a way to eat and still maintain your lifestyle without limiting your guilt pleasures. 

My philosophy is “what is fast, does not last.” 
"Consistency is key!"

Food is your fuel and you should love everything you eat and it should make you feel amazing. My goal with every client is to help facilitate a healthier relationship with food, allow the client to feel less guilty with they slip up, and to help them love themselves like they have never before by introducing and implementing a lifestyle that they do not “stop” and “go on”, but rather adapt to every day for an increase in overall wellness.
  


WHY RESTRICTION  IS BAD 
Severe restrictions followed by a binge is when you game body so there are no cheat days you integrate your sheets into your day so you allow yourself it and be guilt free. There's never a day where you're not paying attention to what you're eating. If you want to doughnut be accountable for it. If you want pizza be accountable for it.
Restricting is putting your body into starvation mode. Always eat full calories whole food!
Pricing
Initial consult $65 (45 min)
3 month minimum- $425 
After the 3 month starter package consecutive monthly service $105 Including weekly meal planning, 1 set of measurements, and 1 45-min counseling session.
Measurements $25- girth and skin fold with body fat percent
